Why do I need a naturopath?

You have been struggling. You’re tired. Nothing seems to work.

Most likely, you’ve been to different medical professionals and doctors for appointments and tests to which you have not been given a good answer to why you feel terrible. You may not know where to turn.

Or maybe you would just like to drop a few pounds (or a lot of pounds) and have not been successful in the past.

Maybe you’ve even been given a label for some type of dis-ease to which there is no known cause or cure. I can relate.

This is where my naturopathy services come in.

What I do:

I will meet with you and listen to what you have going on.

I will gather information, run some labs.

I will then do a Root Cause Analysis as to why your system is not performing optimally. This may or may not be the cause of your issues but I will connect the dots for you and you can decide.

I will guide you through a plan - answering all questions - adjusting protocols as needed and helping you learn how to listen to and nourish your body so that your body has what is necessary to balance and heal itself.

How does it work?

1) Schedule an appointment to see me either in person or on the phone. No fee for the first visit unless you decide to work with me and get testing done.

2) Get an in depth workup done to determine where you’re at.

3) Receive a detailed analysis of what is needing addressed.

4) Receive a plan customized for you; based on what you would actually do and what your budget will allow.

5) Be guided through the plan/program and re-assessed as needed.

Dana Christisen, Naturopath

I'm Dana Christisen, a dedicated mother and proud grandmother. With over 29 years immersed in natural health, my journey began after the loss of both my father and father-in-law in 1995. These events sparked a deeper examination of my own health struggles, including battles with autoimmune conditions like fibromyalgia, Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis also known as Wegener’s Granulomatosis, and infections such as Epstein-Barr Virus, chronic Strep, and Lyme disease.

I almost went blind from the immune chaos which was driven in part by a bad root canal that had been infected for a minimum of 6 years that I know of. It was in my head 25 years and there was a hole from the tooth all of the way to my sinus cavity. Needless to say both root canals that were in my mouth were quickly gone. It did leave me with a bad MRSA infection which I suspect was a huge part of my blood vessel inflammation.

My journey led me to become a Licensed Spiritual Healer, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Complementary Alternative Health Practitioner, Traditional Naturopath, and more. Guided by personal experience, I've learned to transform exhaustion and ailments into energy and well-being.
