You might be asking yourself, “What is my lymphatic system and why do I care about it ‘flowing’?”

This picture shows the lymphatic system. It looks very similar to the circulatory system which makes up our blood vessels. The difference here is that the lymphatic system flows fluids that are removing waste from our cells and our blood. When this system is not flowing, then these toxic wastes cannot leave our body.

Why does this matter to you? Because this toxic waste can contribute to brain fog, fatigue, aches and pains, swelling, infections, and even cancer because these abnormal cells need to be able to leave our body efficiently.

Imagine if you could spend 5 minutes a day in the morning to prevent feeling tired in the afternoon. It can be that easy.

There are roughly 700-800 lymph nodes in the human body and of those, 1/3 are above the neck. Sluggish lymph is a big problem with brain fog and sinus problems because of the sheer number of lymph vessels and nodes in this area. When we open the lymphatic system up, then the brain can drain, which can give us a boost of clarity! Who doesn’t need clarity?
